West Club Apartments is in the final stages of a comprehensive community-wide renovation, thoughtfully designed to enhance both comfort and quality of life for our residents. Originally built in 1996 and acquired by AGPM in 2015, this 140-unit family community has undergone extensive exterior and interior upgrades in partnership with In-Fill Housing and the Macon Housing Authority. Improvements include new roofs, windows, doors, exterior lighting, accessibility enhancements, modern appliances, HVAC systems, updated kitchens and bathrooms, new flooring, and fully replaced plumbing and electrical systems. The transformation also introduces exciting new amenities such as a picnic shelter, community garden, gazebo, upgraded fitness center, and a modern playground—along with enhanced site lighting, security, and energy-efficient electric utilities.
